🌸 Simple Self-Love Jar Ritual 🌸
We all need time to pause, breathe, and focus on ourselves. This easy, soothing ritual will help you cultivate more self-love and warmth in your life.
What you’ll need:
- A pink or green candle (but truly, any colour is fine—pink and green simply support love and heart energy).
- A jar with a lid.
- Three small pieces of paper and a pen.
- Rose quartz, or crystal chips—rose quartz is great for love. See here for a great range of rose quartz crystals.
- Dried lavender—known for promoting calm and self-love.
- Dried rose petals.
- Pink Himalayan salt—grounding and perfect for restoring inner love.
- Rose incense (or any incense you have available).
✨ Don’t worry if you don’t have every item—your intention is what truly matters. Work with what you have. ✨

🔮 The Ritual
- Create your space.
Light your candle and sit quietly for a moment. Gaze softly at the flame and imagine yourself surrounded by a soft pink glow of loving energy. - Cleanse your jar.
Light your incense and waft the smoke inside and around the jar. If you don’t have incense, you can anoint the jar with essential oil (rose, lavender, or any gentle scent), or simply hold it with love and intention. - Write your affirmations.
On each piece of paper, write a kind and positive affirmation about yourself. For example:- “I am worthy of love.”
- “I honour my heart and soul.”
- “I am enough.”
- Layer your ingredients.
- Place some dried lavender at the bottom of the jar.
- Read each affirmation aloud, fold it, pass it through the incense smoke (or hold it with loving energy), and place it into the jar.
- After each one, sprinkle some rose petals on top.
- Add crystal energy.
Hold your rose quartz or chosen crystal in your hands. Say aloud three times:
“I AM ENOUGH.”
Then pass it through the incense and place it gently in the jar. - Seal it with salt.
Sprinkle the pink Himalayan salt into the jar. This grounds the energy and seals your intention.
Final Touch:
You may either screw the lid on (so you can add more affirmations later) or seal it with wax from your candle for a more permanent finish.
Place your self-love jar somewhere special. Return to it whenever you need a reminder of your worth.
💗 You are always enough. 💗
