You’re surrounded by noise but can’t hear your own thoughts.

It happens quietly at first. The low-level hum of everything, notifications, half-finished conversations, world events, obligations, opinions, until suddenly your own inner voice is gone. Not silenced exactly, but buried. You find yourself scrolling instead of focusing on yourself and trying to find your voice. In general, you just feel frayed.
When this happens, acknowledge it and realise it’s time to step away from the screens, the people-pleasing, and the mental clutter.
Find somewhere quiet, even if it’s only for a few minutes a day. I tend to feel much better if I am outside in nature, listening to the birds, and just letting myself be for a few minutes. Sometimes it helps just to say to yourself or out loud, “I am listening again.” Right now, you may not hear answers; you just need to find yourself again. I really do believe that sometimes, nature is the only place that doesn’t ask for anything from you.
I’ve been feeling like this a lot just lately. It’s frustrating when it lingers, like you’re circling the same thoughts and emotions without a way out. But it’s so important to give yourself time. Time to move forward. Time to gently break the cycle that’s been holding you. just for a few minutes a day.
Your dreams are heavier than your waking life.

Not all dreams come to guide you; some come to reveal what your waking self has been carrying for too long. Old memories, fears dressed up as monsters. More often, these aren’t gentle visitations. They come to stir, to ache, to press against your chest even after you open your eyes. They can be very heavy and hard to shake off.
Do not try to make sense of them right away, but write them down for a later date. When you are in the right frame of mind, take time to decipher them. Hold a simple ritual. Light a candle and say something like, “I saw you, I felt you, but you don’t need to haunt me now. Blow out the candle as you let go. Sometimes, the heaviest dreams just need to be acknowledged, especially if you find they are repeating.
You’re not broken. You’re just overfull.
Sometimes you just need to take a step back, take time to embrace silence, and listen. Gradually, you will find yourself again.

I highly recommend reading the Pagan Portal Books. There are so many topics. I will slowly list the ones I have read. The good thing about them is that they are informative but not too long.
